On your mark get set GO!

The light flashed green
GO!
all the racers sped
BOOM!
POW!
were the sounds of people getting hit
faster and faster
around and around
finally
the light turned red
everyone stopped
we moved on to the next go-cart race.

Covered in a white blanket

Ready
Set
GO!
My arm fired back
with all my might
I pegged the snowball
Again, again and again
over,over and over again
Finally
SPLAT!!
the snowball splattered
right in her face
redness filled her cheeks
I was suddenly covered
In white icy snow
that was left from endless snow balls hitting me.
